Store Policy

SHIPPING

All items ship out of our centrally located warehouse in Austin, Texas.  In-stock orders usually ship within 1-2 business days.  After shipping standard UPS, delivery is 1-3 days to 90% of the United States. "Any orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will not be shipped until the next business day”.

Currently, sales tax will only apply to residents of the US states in which we are registered, but not to any other US location or the rest of the world.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept checks and money orders.  Orders paid by check will usually not be processed until the funds have been verified.  If you are sending a check, please send it to the following address:

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your order. We want you to be completely satisfied with our products.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return an item in its original unworn condition for a refund or credit less shipping and handling charges within thirty days of the “order date,” located on your sales receipt.   Please provide a copy of your original sales receipt with a note indicating your preferred action.  If an original receipt is not available, please provide us with your name, order number, email address, mailing address, and phone number(s).  Use original packaging and leave all tags on merchandise.

Please keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is received.  After a return has been received, it may take up to 14 days to process.  If payment was made by credit card, a refund will be credited to your account.  If payment was made by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you.  We suggest using UPS or insured Parcel Post when returning the item for your protection.  We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments of returns.  All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.  Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error.

Return Exceptions: We are unable to accept returns of customized merchandise or special orders.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service Department within 30 days of delivery at customerservice@eteamspirit.com. Please have your order number, tracking number, and damaged item available. Team Spirit will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover ground shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.

Thank you for your purchase.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, exchanges are allowed with a valid sales receipt WITHIN 14 DAYS.  No returns, all sales are final.
