LEAD ASSOCIATE

Team Spirit USA is currently seeking a top level Lead Associate for our San Antonio stores.  Candidate should possess a high energy level, strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to learn new ideas quickly, high quality standards, excellent customer service, and ethical business practices.  This position requires a 3 years of experience in retailing, customer service and in store merchandising and displays.  Experience with direct customer contact is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Create vision for sales organization to deliver results.
• Ensure all POS functions, merchandising strategies, personnel and record keeping is being met and follows standard operating procedures.
• Provide leadership to sales organization to convert traffic into sales.
• Maintain store standards and service disciplines.
• Serve as role model to others in the sales organization. 
• Accountable for delivering results through self and others.
