RETAIL DISTRICT MANAGER

Team Spirit USA is currently seeking a top level Retail District Manager for our San Antonio stores.  Candidate should possess a high energy level, strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to learn new ideas quickly, high quality standards, well-developed multi-tasking with strong computer skills, excellent customer service, and ethical business practices.  This position requires a 4-year college degree in a business related discipline and at least 5 years of experience in retailing, including multi-unit store operations, inventory control, in store systems, customer service and in store merchandising and displays.  Experience with direct customer contact in a “high ticket” environment is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Review all store schedules, payroll, budgets and operations.  Handle all reviews and sales promotion activities.
  • Ensure all POS functions, merchandising strategies, personnel and record keeping is being met and follows standard operating procedures.
  • Work to effectively compensate employees and develop ways to offer incentives for top performance.
  • Plan sales events and promotions to exceed sales budgets.
  • Overall be accountable for achieving gross sales and profit through outstanding leadership, coaching and training in a strong sales-focused environment.
