SALES ASSOCIATE
Team Spirit USA is currently seeking top level Sales Associates for our Austin stores. Candidate should possess a high energy level, demonstrate strong customer engagement behaviors, strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to learn new ideas quickly, high quality standards, and ethical business practices. This position requires experience dealing with customers and co-workers to hold customer service priority while still maintaining store standards and disciplines. Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred.

- Ability to relate and work with customers and co-workers.
- Self confidence and capcity to perform consitent disciplines and maintain standards.
